Who's That Pokemon [must read first]

The rules are simple.
1. You get only one guess.
2. If you guess more than once, you're answer will not be looked at.
3. First come, first serve.
A new game starts whenever I get the time to post it up. You get two hints, the difficulty, and a description of the prize. You get one guess. To guess you PM me, Volcan the answer. Just make sure you name the PM; Who's That Pokemon.
